Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5x2in loaf pan and set aside
In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients for cinnamon swirl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork or potato masher and add sugar, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in dairy free milk of your choice and apple cider vinegar.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix just until fully combined.
Divide batter in half. Fill your loaf pan with first half of batter. Pour half of cinnamon swirl batter on top and spread evenly with a spatula or swirl with a toothpick. Pour the other half of the banana bread batter on top of cinnamon swirl layer.
To finish, pour the last half of cinnamon swirl batter on top and spread evenly or swirl with a toothpick.
Bake for 60 - 70 minutes.
While loaf is cooling, mix together ingredients for the vanilla glaze.
Once the loaf is almost cooled completely, drizzle your desired amount of glaze over the top.
