Preheat oven to 350
Using coconut oil, grease the edges and bottom of a loaf tin
In a bowl, mash your bananas with a potato masher or fork. Add coconut sugar, applesauce, vanilla, almond milk and stir to combine
Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine. Gently stir in any add-ins of your choosing
Pour batter into prepared loaf tin
Bake for 55-65 minutes
Let loaf completely cool before cutting open
