Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine your peanut powder with 3/4 cup of water and slowly add more water if needed. Add in maple syrup first and then almond flour and protein powder with a spatula.
Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula or your hands, press peanut butter dough into a smooth and even layer.
Place in freezer and set for 15-20 minutes.
To make the chocolate layer, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in small spurts of about 20 seconds until melted.
Combine your peanut butter powder and water until creamy but not watery and mix with melted chocolate and coconut oil. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Remove baking dish with the peanut layer from the freezer and pour your chocolate mix on top. Using a small spatula, smooth chocolate layer so that the peanut layer is completely covered.
Place in freezer for about 30 minutes until completely set.
Slice into desired amount of squares. I like to chop mine into small squares to make them “snack size”. Store in freezer.
