Ingredients

Peanut Layer

  • 1 Cup Powdered Protein Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Water add more if needed
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder

Chocolate Layer

  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Protein Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Water add more if needed
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine your peanut powder with 3/4 cup of water and slowly add more water if needed. Add in maple syrup first and then almond flour and protein powder with a spatula.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula or your hands, press peanut butter dough into a smooth and even layer.
  • Place in freezer and set for 15-20 minutes.
  • To make the chocolate layer, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in small spurts of about 20 seconds until melted.
  • Combine your peanut butter powder and water until creamy but not watery and mix with melted chocolate and coconut oil. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Remove baking dish with the peanut layer from the freezer and pour your chocolate mix on top. Using a small spatula, smooth chocolate layer so that the peanut layer is completely covered.
  • Place in freezer for about 30 minutes until completely set.
  • Slice into desired amount of squares. I like to chop mine into small squares to make them “snack size”.
    Store in freezer.
